I don’t know about you but when Autumn arrives I feel that the festive season is just around the corner and will be upon us before we know it.
If you’re planning to make a few of your own festive decorations this year, now is the perfect time to start crafting for Christmas!
I designed this lovely Robin and Bird House pattern a while back and it has proven to be very popular so far.
I used a lovely mint coloured wool blend felt for the bird house and added a snowy white roof. I then cut out a cute Robin and holly leaves and appliquéd them to the front with a red button.
A snowflake button and a few white pearly beads have been added for a touch of sparkle which has finished it off nicely, ready to hang on the tree or anywhere in your home.
I love how it’s turned out.
