How to do Straight Stitch, Seed Stitch and Backstitch

I use straight stitch, seed stitch and backstitch quite often in my work so I thought I’d show you how to do them. They are fairly straight forward and easy to do with practice.

How to Make a Gift Bag with One Piece of Felt.

 

I made these cute little felt gift bags a while ago and they are so quick and easy to create using only one piece of felt and a little handsewing.

They look gorgeous decorated with buttons, sequins or beads with a pretty ribbon tied around the top.
